Das Unternehmen wurde 1995 von der Autorin/Produzentin Irene Höfer in Berlin gegründet. Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich der Fokus des Unternehmens von der Produktion von Filmporträts auf kreative Dokumentarfilme und die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Spiel- und Dokumentarfilmen in internationaler Koproduktion verlagert.
